Nimbly is looking for a Customer Growth Manager to drive upsells, expansions, and group-level acquisition to enable our customers to amplify operational excellence through digital transformation in their business.

What you will do here:

  • Manage and supervise Customer Success Specialists on client engagement with high priority upselling and revenue expansion opportunities from existing clients
  • Collaborate with upper management in building revenue expansion strategies
  • Build expansion engagement experience and process from zero to one
  • Work with the Business Operations team to build dashboards, track performance, conduct data analysis, and derive strategic insights for customer expansion activity
  • Help customers plan and understand the best and new ways to utilize Nimbly across functions, subsidiaries and geographies
  • Prepare routine reports of expansion metrics and key accounts analysis and recommendation to upper management
  • Identify and help prioritize product features development that aligns with customer demands to help capture the maximum expansion potential


  • Minimum 3 years of full-time experience at a reputable technology company or a high-growth B2B SaaS company, as senior/category/regional account manager
  • Ability to think strategically and build expansion operations from zero to one
  • Have led growth initiatives, such as upselling or international expansion
  • Knowledge of SaaS customer lifecycle stages and processes
  • Experience in supervising and directing team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to influence team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill
  • Data-driven in making decisions
  • Strong analytical (Excel) and presentation (Powerpoint) skills
  • Tech savvy and have ability to learn new software
  • Experience in creating SOPs and process flows
