Roles & Responsibilities of Product Manager:

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap
  • Collaborate with UX/UI Designers for design ideation; Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding requirements
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Perform product demos to internal team & customers
  • Brief and train other departments for product knowledge
  • Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule using appropriate verification techniques
  • Monitor and measure project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Perform risk management & mitigation plan to minimize project risks
  • Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Maintains the release schedule and ensure alignment across departments
  • Managing large and diverse teams


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 5-8 years experience as Product Manager (Solid understanding of product management principles required)
  • Proven working experience in product management
  • Formal training in product management practices preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
