Nimbly is looking for a results-driven Release Manager to Join our growing engineering team and help us raise the bar on quality.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress; Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Perform risk management & mitigation plan to minimize project risks
  • Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Maintains the release schedule and ensure alignment across departments
  • Managing large and diverse teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 3 to 4 years of release management / project management experience
  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross functional work teams toward task completion
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to details and multi tasking
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Project Management PMP certification / PRINCE II Certification is a plus
