Nimbly is looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team and help us raise the bar on quality people.

What you will do here

  • Conduct weekly meetings with each business unit and perform analysis of hiring needs, providing employee hiring forecast
  • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities, including encouraging employees to be brand ambassadors
  • Actively source and find candidates qualified for open positions
  • Design, plan and execute selection processes, including working with leaders and hiring managers to craft interview scorecards, perform initial screenings, and finding bottlenecks in the recruitment process
  • Reviews employment applications and background check reports
  • Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
  • Suggest measures for improving employee retention
  • Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team
  • Determine HR and recruiting KPIs - actively tracking and reporting against these KPIs

Talent Acquisition Manager Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a start-up environment or SAAS Company
  • Strong background in designing and implementing organizational structures, strategic hiring and selection, employee and organizational development, compensation philosophy, and total compensation programs at a global scale
  • You possess high ethical standards, integrity, authenticity, credibility, and character, presenting yourself in a professional demeanor that is persuasive and confident
  • Ability to coach at all levels
  • Proven ability to foster, motivate, and influence positive behaviors throughout the organization; highly collaborative work style
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
